Joining NEPC

Singapore's On-line Industry Catalogue
The National Electronic Product Catalogue is a repository of product data and digitised images of products made in Singapore and overseas and serves as an infrastructure where trading partners can obtain, maintain or exchange information about any product, service or party/location in a standard format using electronic means.

Companies who are interested to register as a NEPC member/user will need to nominate at least one Administrator who will have ongoing responsibilities associated with NEPC. GS1 Singapore will issue a maximum of 3 log-in id to each company.

NEPC Administrators will be responsible for :

  • Registering their company to access NEPC


  • Constantly maintaining the accuracy of product information


  • Adding new products to the catalogue


  • Deleting obsolete products from the catalogue


  • Granting catalogue access to members of their organisation for viewing of product information

Charges For Listing Of New Product Data, Product Image & Advertising Filmlet In NEPC (effective July 1999)

  		•  Product Data & Image : S$65.00 per product + 7% GST
  		• Replacement of Product Images : S$65.00 per product + 7% GST
  		• Digitising Product Advertising Filmlet : S$500.00 per filmlet + 7% GST(current charge)
  		• Incorporating Digitised Product Advertising Filmlet into NEPC : S$300.00 per filmlet + 7% GST(current charge)
  		• Digitising Product Advertising Banner : S$300.00 per banner + 7% GST
  		• Incorporating Digitised Product Banner into NEPC : S$200.00 per banner + 7% GST

    Note : To participate in NEPC, you must be a member of GS1 Singapore
